Build me a clean little web app that simulates a screw gauge or micrometer, like the demo in this repo.

I want the drum to rotate when I drag it up and down, and I should be able to move the whole instrument by dragging anywhere else. It should also respond to the mouse wheel and arrow keys so I can advance the drum easily.
