Build me a full stack appliance shopping app called OptiCart.

I want customers to browse products and categories, search and add items to a cart and wishlist, sign up and log in, and check out with Stripe test payments. Guests should be able to use cart and wishlist too, then have them merge after login. Please include order history, coupon codes, product reviews, and basic email flows for signup verification, password reset, order confirmation, and order status updates.

There should also be a simple staff area for inventory managers and super admins, where managers can update order status, view coupons, and see low stock alerts, and admins can view audit logs.
