Build me a polished web app called TripMind for Indian travellers. I want people to sign in with Google, answer a quick onboarding flow, and then get an AI generated trip plan in seconds with useful India specific details like realistic train info, temple darshan tips, local travel suggestions, and a personalized itinerary.

Please make it feel production ready with a nice landing page, a logged in dashboard, saved trips, and a page to view each generated plan. I also want trip sharing with public read only links, group trip planning with invite links, and a way to export plans as PDFs for offline use.

Add a watchlist feature where users can track trip availability or price changes and get WhatsApp alerts. Include a paid Pro upgrade flow for premium features. The app should support English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Use Supabase for auth and data, and make it deployable on Vercel with environment variables from the example file. If anything is unclear, look up the current docs and wire it up cleanly.
