Build me a WooCommerce wallet plugin for WordPress that lets customers keep a store balance, top up their wallet through normal checkout payments, and use that balance to pay for orders either fully or alongside another payment method.

I want it to keep a clear transaction history for every user, show current balance in the customer account, and make wallet payments available at checkout when appropriate. It should also support cashback and rewards, so store admins can give wallet credits for things like purchases, products, categories, signups, reviews, referrals, and daily visits. Customers should also be able to send money to other registered users.
