Build me a simple local tool for browsing the Exploit Database files in this repo. I want to be able to search exploit titles and paths by typing one or more words, and get a clean list of matching entries with the exploit name and where the file lives. It should also let me show the full path, open the result in a browser link if needed, and search more exactly when I want to narrow things down.

Make it feel like the kind of utility a pen tester could use quickly from the terminal, with helpful command line options and readable output. If there’s a standard way to keep the database updated from git, include that too. Look up current docs online if you need to.
