Build me a native macOS terminal app designed for working with AI coding agents. The main problem I have is that I run a bunch of AI sessions in parallel and I can never tell which one needs my attention.

The app should solve this with a visual notification system. When an agent is waiting for my input, its terminal pane should get a highlight, like a blue ring. It also needs a sidebar with vertical tabs that light up when there's a notification. This sidebar should be smart and show useful info like the current git branch, directory, and the last message from the agent.

I also want a built-in web browser that I can open in a split pane next to the terminal, so the AI can directly interact with my dev server.

It's important that this is a fast, native Swift app, not something built with Electron. For rendering, you can use the Ghostty library and it should be able to read my existing Ghostty config files for my theme and font settings. Make sure there's a CLI for scripting basic actions too.
