mandiant/flare-vm ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want a Windows virtual machine setup tool that makes it easy to build and maintain a reverse engineering and malware analysis lab with one PowerShell installer. It should be clearly meant for VM use only, and it should check the basics first, like Windows 10 or newer, PowerShell 5 or newer, enough disk and memory, internet access, and a simple username. It should also warn me if Windows Defender, tamper protection, or Windows Update are still on.

The installer should pull in a default set of analysis tools automatically, but also let me customize what gets installed through a config XML file. A simple GUI for picking packages and setting environment paths would be great, but I also want a quiet command line mode with options like password, no GUI, no wait, custom config, custom taskbar layout, and skipping reboots only if I choose it.

Please include sensible defaults, taskbar pinning/layout support, and hooks for post install tweaks. Look up current docs online if you need to.
