Build me a student boarding house finder web app for students near their university. I want it to be a clean React site that uses Supabase for login, data, and file uploads, with a simple, polished Tailwind UI.

Students should be able to sign up, log in, browse approved boarding houses, search and filter listings, open a full property details page, save favourites, and see a map link or embedded map if the key is available. Landlords should have their own dashboard where they can create and edit properties, upload photos and videos, submit an ID for verification, and manage their listings. Admins should be able to access an admin area too.

Please set it up so roles matter, students only see approved listings, landlords only manage their own data, and sessions stay logged in after refresh. Use the Supabase connection from the frontend, and if you need to check current docs online while wiring things up, go ahead. Make it feel like a real product, not just a scaffold.
