Build me a portable open source coding assistant I can carry on a USB stick and run on Windows, Mac, or Linux without installing anything on the host computer. I want a first time setup on each platform that downloads what it needs, then simple launchers to start either a command line agent or a local web dashboard in the browser.

The dashboard should feel like a normal chat app, but also let the agent inspect a codebase, create and edit files, run shell commands, and show me what it is thinking and which tools it is using. Give me a safe mode that asks before writing files or executing commands, plus a more autonomous mode for hands free work. It should let me choose between Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, NVIDIA NIM, or Ollama for local offline use, and keep my settings and chat history in one shared portable data folder so I can move between operating systems without setting everything up again.
