Build me a Node.js client for the Marzban Panel API that feels simple to use but covers the common admin tasks. I want to be able to log in with either a username and password or an access token, then manage admins, users, templates, nodes, core settings, and basic system info from one clean interface.

It should also support getting subscription details for users, checking usage, resetting data usage, and deleting expired users. Please include a live log streaming option too, plus automatic retry and timeout handling so it keeps working when the network is flaky.
