Build me a local first desktop command center that keeps my work in one calm window. I also want a solid PR review experience with diffs, inline comments, timelines, checks, and keyboard friendly actions. Add a notes space with plain markdown files on disk, wikilinks, tags, math, diagrams, daily notes, search, backlinks, and tag views. Include project based AI chat with streaming, file attachments, model choice, memory, and approval gates before any tool use. Let me choose sandbox level, network access, and allowed tools per chat.

Keep everything local with a SQLite file I can copy. Make the desktop app work on macOS, Windows, and Linux, and also provide a simple browser based local runner. Look up current docs online if you need to.
