Build me a small Python app that lets me make pretty custom maps from OpenStreetMap places.

I want to type in a location name, choose a radius or circle area, and then generate a nice looking map with roads, buildings, water, and other simple layers. It should let me tweak the colors and styles for each layer, and have a few easy presets like minimal or more colorful looks. I’d also like a simple front end where I can preview the result, regenerate it, and save the final map as an image.

Please make it feel polished and creative, like a generative art tool, not a GIS dashboard. Keep the code clean and include a basic tutorial or example so I can try it right away.
