Build me an open source AI employees system that runs on my own machine and uses the coding agent I already have. I want eight business roles, like sales, marketing, SEO, web dev, customer support, ads, and a chief of staff, each with its own scheduled routines that do real work, drive the browser like a person would, and save everything in my files so I own it all.

It should give me a morning brief, keep improving from run to run, and make it easy to install and turn on each role one at a time. Please organize it so the routines are clear, reusable, and easy to understand, and make sure it works on Claude Code plus the other common agent harnesses this project supports. If you need to look up current docs online, do that. Also include simple setup instructions and a clean way to add new routines later.
