Build me a web app framework that lets people write UI with HTML like templates, but with just enough JavaScript to make it reactive and interactive.

I want to be able to define components, use conditionals and loops, and update the page automatically when data changes, so something like a click counter feels simple and natural to write. It should work well for both server rendered pages and client side interactivity, and it should feel like regular HTML whenever possible.
