Build me a simple Python app for Windows that lets me upload to Instagram straight from my PC. I want a clean, easy interface where I can log into my Instagram account, pick a photo or video from my computer, choose whether it should be a regular post, a story, or a reel, then add a caption and hashtags and upload it.

Please make the uploads stay as high quality as possible and avoid the usual browser limitations. Keep the login flow private and secure, and do not save my credentials locally unless I clearly choose that later. It should feel fast and straightforward, not cluttered.

If possible, support single image and single video uploads first, since that seems to be the main use case. If something is risky or limited by Instagram, handle errors clearly and explain what happened in plain English. A simple polished desktop experience is more important than fancy extras.
