Reverse engineered prompt
Build me a simple Python console app for a personal account system.
When it starts, it should ask if the user already has an account, and keep asking until they answer yes or no. If they have an account, let them log in with a hardcoded username and password for now, and give them up to 3 tries before stopping. If they do not have an account, walk them through creating one with a username between 3 and 64 characters, and a password that is at least 15 characters long and includes at least one letter, one number, and one special character. Ask them to type the password twice so I can confirm it matches.
After login or account creation, show a simple menu with 3 choices, to do list, notes, and exit. The to do list and notes can just be placeholders for now, but exit should work properly.
Keep it all in one easy to run Python file, and make the input handling feel clean and beginner friendly. If you need to check current Python docs or best practices, feel free to look them up online.
