Build me a terminal window manager for Linux and macOS that works inside a terminal, where each pane runs a program in its own PTY. I want it to feel like i3 with a tree of windows and Hyprland style tiled layouts, plus workspaces, sessions, a floating layer, and a scratchpad. Make it driven by a leader key and a modal window manager mode, with simple key hints and searchable commands, and let me configure it in Lua while theming it in TOML.

It should also have a bottom status bar, copy and paste support, scrollback search, saved layouts, window rules, and a way to detach so closing the terminal does not kill the session. I’d like plugins in Lua too, with a basic plugin manager and a way to install or browse plugins easily.
