Build me a web app for OSINT person and username search, based on the idea of searching across thousands of sites for a username, real name, or email.

I want a simple FastAPI backend and a React frontend where someone can enter a query, run a search, and see clear results with confidence scores so false positives are easy to spot. The results page should show which sites matched, why they matched, and let me confirm or mark things as false positives so the app gets smarter over time. It should also support searching a person by name with a few likely name variations and optional context like location, employer, school, or keywords.

Please include a results view, a graph view, history, site list, settings, and export options for JSON, CSV, and HTML. Keep the UI clean and modern, and make it easy to run locally or in Docker. If you need to check current docs for any library behavior, look them up online first.
