Build me a simple macOS app that shows the output from scripts or small programs right in the menu bar.

I want it to feel like a clean replacement for BitBar, with a friendly way to add, remove, and manage plugins from inside the app. It should let me browse available plugins, point to my local plugin folder, and refresh the menu bar items easily. When a plugin runs, its output should appear in the menu bar and dropdown menus in a nice readable way.

Make it work on modern macOS, keep it lightweight, and give it a polished app window for preferences and plugin management. If you need to look up current docs or best practices for the desktop app framework, go ahead and do that.
