Build me a browser app for radiation therapy plan complexity review that runs fully on the user’s computer, with no files sent to a server. I want to be able to load a demo DICOM RT Plan or upload my own files and see clear visual analysis of the plan, including beam summaries, control point playback, MLC aperture views, gantry and collimator visuals, delivery timeline charts, and heatmaps for key complexity metrics like MCS, LSV, AAV, field area, leaf travel, and small aperture scores.

Please include four main workflows, single plan analysis, batch analysis for multiple plans or zip files, side by side comparison of two plans with beam matching and synchronized scrubbing, and cohort analysis with summary stats, outlier detection, clustering, and charts. I also want exports to CSV, JSON, and chart images.

If an RTSTRUCT is uploaded after the plan, let the user pick a target structure and recalculate PAM and BAM right away.

Make it feel polished and easy for clinicians to use, and check current docs online if you need to fill in gaps.
