Build me a clean personal portfolio website for Matthew Tao called Tokyo Portfolio.

I want it to feel modern, calm, and a little creative, with a strong home page, an about section, a projects section, and a blog area for writing posts. It should be easy to update content without touching code, so please wire it up with Tina CMS for the editable parts. Use Astro for the site and Tailwind for styling, and make it work well for deployment on Netlify.

Please make the design responsive, polished on mobile and desktop, and simple enough that the content really stands out.
