I want to create a collection of "agent skills" that I can use with my AI coding assistant to make my engineering work faster. These should feel like a set of custom productivity scripts for different tasks.

For example, I need a skill that can take a conversation we've had about a new feature and automatically generate a product requirements document, then file it as an issue on GitHub. Another one should handle test-driven development, where it follows a red-green-refactor loop to build things. I'd also love a tool that can automatically set up a new project with standard pre-commit hooks for Prettier and linting. It would also be great to have a skill for triaging bug reports by investigating the codebase to find the root cause and proposing a fix. It's essentially a suite of helper tools for planning, coding, and project setup.
