Build me a tiny macOS menu bar app for Claude Code. I want it to always show my current 5 hour usage in the menu bar as a small sparkle plus a percent, with the color turning green, yellow, or red based on how close I am to the limit. When I click it, show the full breakdown for the 5 hour window and any 7 day windows my account has, including exact percentages and reset times, plus a manual refresh.

Also show Claude’s live service status in the dropdown so I can tell whether Claude is having an outage. If the network fails or the API rate limits, keep showing the last good reading and make it clear that the data is stale instead of going blank.

I also want it to detect when Claude Code agents are actively working and keep my Mac awake while they run, even with the lid closed, then stop doing that as soon as they go idle. Include a simple checkbox to turn that on or off, a battery cutoff, and the install flow for login launch and agent hooks. Look up current docs online if you need to.
