Build me a local AI job hunt assistant that runs on my machine and helps me stop checking company career pages by hand.

I want it to scan a big list of companies, around 130 or more, find new roles from their careers pages, compare each job to my actual resume, give each one a fit score from 0 to 100, and explain in one short sentence why it is or is not a match. Then send me the best matches on Telegram each day, ideally on a nightly schedule, with the top roles, score, location, skills, and link.

I also want to be able to ask it to draft a tailored resume version and cover letter for a specific saved job, like replying apply to number 2. It should save results locally, support exporting the jobs list, and let me edit the target companies and my profile easily.

Please make the normal command line flow work, and if it fits naturally, also support controlling it through Claude Code style MCP. Look up current docs online if you need to.
