Build me a simple terminal tool called askai that lets me ask a question from the command line and get an OpenAI answer back right in the terminal.

I want a first time setup flow where I can add my API key locally, initialize the app, and save default settings so I do not have to type them every time. After that, I should be able to run one command with a question and get a reply, and also optionally change things like the model, number of answers, temperature, top p, max tokens, frequency penalty, and presence penalty when I need to.

Please also add commands to show my current settings, update one setting or all settings, reset everything back to defaults, add or remove the API key, and keep the whole thing easy to use from a normal terminal. If you need current API details, look up the latest docs online.
