Build me a modern Android phone app called Amadz that can work as the default dialer. I want it to feel polished and current, with a clean Compose based interface, smooth navigation, and solid handling for incoming, outgoing, and ongoing calls.

It should include a dial pad with DTMF tones, a smart search experience for contacts and numbers, favorites, and a full call history screen with grouped entries and support for deleting or blocking numbers from history. Please also add call blocking, missed call notifications, full screen incoming call alerts, and proper ongoing call controls with a timer and proximity sensor support.
