Build me a polished Smart Tank Monitor web app for a petrol pump fuel tank setup. I want it to feel like a professional live dashboard with a clean soft shadow look and work well on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

It should show live water level, petrol purity, pump state, and emergency switch status, refreshing the tank data about every 15 seconds and the threat model about every 30 seconds from the external endpoints already mentioned in the project. Add an animated tank graphic with wave effects and clear color changes so contamination is easy to understand at a glance.

I also want warning and critical alert states. Show a warning when water level goes above 16 percent, and make it really obvious with pulsing visuals and sound when it goes above 20 percent.

Please include login protected pages with a simple admin login, plus a history screen where I can filter records by date and status and export a clean PDF report. Use the repo’s existing setup and look up docs online if needed.
