Build me a modern web dashboard for aria2 that makes managing downloads really easy in the browser.

It should work well on desktop and mobile, feel clean and responsive, and have a dark theme. I want to be able to connect to one or more aria2 RPC hosts, see all my download tasks, sort and search them, retry jobs, drag to change order, and get more detail about each task and file. Please include support for filtering files by type or extension, a tree view for multi folder downloads, and a chart for upload and download speed. It should also support aria2 settings, finished download notifications, and let me export and import my settings.

Keep it as a pure HTML and JavaScript app that can be hosted on a normal web server, with an all in one version if that is easier. Make the interface polished and user friendly, and support multiple languages. If you need current aria2 RPC details or best practices, look them up online as you go.
