Build me a Venus OS driver for a MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe roof fan that shows up in the GX display as its own switch card.

I want the fan to be controllable over infrared through a small Arduino on USB serial, so the GX can turn the fan on and off, change speed, choose intake or exhaust, open or close the lid, switch manual or thermostat mode, set the temperature target, resend the current state, make the fan beep twice, and flash or update the Arduino firmware. The fan does not give feedback, so the app should keep track of the last state it sent and publish that on D Bus for the UI and for things like Node RED or MQTT.

Please make it work nicely with Venus OS new UI, and include a simple install path plus an Arduino sketch in the repo. If anything about current Venus OS or setup helper behavior has changed, look up the current docs online if you need to.
