Reverse engineered prompt

I want a small project that recreates the kind of code and demos in this repo as one simple, usable app. It should feel like a playground for the YouTube examples, especially the football and AI pieces. Please make it easy to run, with a clean home page where I can open a match prediction demo, try a basic AI chatbot demo, and view a couple of player scouting report pages using the existing report files, logos, media, fonts, and data if they’re available.

Keep the focus on making the examples actually work end to end, not on overengineering it. If some parts are only in notebooks right now, turn them into something I can click through and test in a browser. Use sensible sample data where needed, but reuse what’s already in the repo first. Add a short README that explains how to start it and what each section does. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online and make reasonable choices.
