mdn/content ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a local preview of the MDN Web Docs site so I can browse the docs on my machine and make small content edits easily.

I want it to feel like the real MDN site, with the existing documentation for HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and Web APIs, and a clean way to open it in the browser and see changes right away. If anything needs to be installed or configured first, handle that for me and make sure the project starts reliably.

Please also make sure the content checks and formatting are in good shape, so I can edit pages without breaking the site. If you need to look up current setup details online, go ahead and do that.
