Build me a polished event booking and management app called GoOutJs.

It should let people sign up and log in, then show different experiences depending on whether they are an attendee, organizer, or admin. Attendees should be able to browse events, view details, RSVP, follow organizers, and get notifications or announcements. Organizers should be able to create and manage events, see RSVPs, and send announcements to the right audience. Admins should have a simple moderation area for approving or rejecting events, viewing users, and handling basic admin tasks.

Make it feel premium and modern, with a clean landing page, dashboard, responsive navigation, and a good mobile experience.
