Build me a fan made website inspired by Cyberpunk Edgerunners, basically a polished clone of the official promo page for learning purposes. I want it to feel neon, stylish, and cinematic, with sections for the main characters, a gallery of images, and an episode glossary people can browse. The gallery and glossary should be interactive, with simple state based switching, and on mobile the episode info should be easy to change with a dropdown. Add an email sign up style form with proper email validation so it feels real, even if it does not need a backend.

Make the visuals a big focus, especially the image treatment and that transparent border look around images, and keep the whole thing responsive so it works well on desktop and phone.
