I want you to turn this starter project into a simple personal website I can publish from this repo. Make it feel polished and modern, but keep it lightweight since this looks like a basic React and TypeScript app meant for a static site.

Please build a clean landing page with my name, a short intro, an about section, a projects section, and a contact section with links for email and social profiles. Add a simple top navigation, smooth scrolling, a good mobile layout, and a light and dark theme toggle. Use placeholder content wherever needed, but make it obvious and easy for me to replace with my real info later.

I would also like a nice overall visual style so it does not feel like a plain template. If there is any setup needed for environment values, include a clear example and only use the existing env files if they actually help.
