Build me a browser extension called Read Frog for language learners. I want it to work in normal browsers like Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, and help people read foreign language websites without leaving the page.

The main experience should be immersive translation. Let users translate the whole page in bilingual mode, with original text and translated text shown together, or translation only mode where the original is replaced.
