Build me a simple Windows desktop app called Freelancing Tools for freelancers. It should have five tabs in this order, Proposal, Translator, Caption, Resume, and Note.

The Proposal tab should let me create different freelancer profiles, paste a job post, generate a proposal with AI, copy it, and keep history. The Translator should translate between English, Spanish, and Portuguese using OpenAI or Anthropic keys from Settings. The Caption tab should record live speech captions, save sessions, copy new lines, and work offline after downloading a speech model, with an option to use OpenAI transcription too.

The Resume tab should let me create user profiles, fill contact and education info, use AI to write headline, skills, summary, and experience, preview the resume, and export it as PDF. The Note tab should save notes with keys, text values, and file or image attachments.

Add Settings for API keys, data export and import as a zip, and a license screen with a 3 day trial and paid activation. Store user data locally.
