Build me a Love2D based live visuals tool for VJing and performance use. I want it to feel like a live coding playground where I can load visual patches, stack them in slots, mix effects, and change things while the show is running without breaking everything. It should support GLSL shaders, real time parameter control, saved states, and smooth transitions between looks.

Also add a beat synced transport with LFOs, envelopes, and a step sequencer so I can lock changes to tempo. I need MIDI and OSC control, plus a simple web control panel for tweaking parameters, managing shaders, and seeing the beat. If possible, include video playback with looping and seeking, feedback style effects, and Spout support for sending video to other apps on Windows.
