Build me a small, designer friendly pseudo 3D drawing library for the browser, something that works with both canvas and SVG and lets me create simple round, flat shapes without a lot of setup.

I want to be able to make an illustration, add shapes like circles, squares, and other simple objects to it, rotate the whole scene, and animate it smoothly with requestAnimationFrame. It should support things like zoom, drag to rotate, and a callback when dragging starts so I can stop an auto spin.
