Build me a Mac only system monitor for Apple Silicon that feels like a modern top app in the terminal. I want it to show live CPU and GPU usage, E cores, P cores, and M5 S cores when available, plus ANE, DRAM bandwidth, power draw, temperatures, fan speeds, memory, swap, network, disk activity, battery on MacBooks, and a process list. It should be easy to read, have several layouts I can cycle through, color themes, saved preferences, search and filter for processes, and the ability to kill a process with confirmation.

Please make it work on macOS Monterey 12.3 and newer, without sudo for normal monitoring. I also want a headless mode that can print metrics to stdout in JSON by default, with options for YAML, XML, CSV, and TOON, plus an optional Prometheus endpoint. If possible, include a simple menu bar mode for quick stats. Support multiple languages and unit choices for temp, disk, and network. Look up current Apple docs online if you need to.
