Build me a WordPress plugin that works as a companion to M Chart and adds Highcharts as an available chart library.

It should not try to be a full chart plugin on its own, just provide the Highcharts integration that M Chart can detect and use after activation. I want it to support the M Chart settings area so a site admin can pick Highcharts as the library, and it should load the right Highcharts scripts and any needed modules for chart display and image export. Make sure it handles the newer M Chart versions cleanly, and that it still behaves nicely if someone activates it before M Chart is installed.

I’d also like the plugin to include the usual WordPress plugin files, a simple readme, and whatever build or asset setup is needed so it can be packaged and installed easily. If you need to check current Highcharts or WordPress docs while wiring it up, go ahead and look them up online.
