Build me a privacy focused Muslim prayer app for Android and iPhone.

I want it to show accurate prayer times, let the user search for their location offline or use GPS, and include Qibla direction, reminders before or after prayer, a Qada counter, and widgets for the home screen and notifications. It should be ad free, offline friendly, and not use any trackers. Please include light and dark mode, support for hiding prayer times the user does not need, and let the user choose different Adhan audio files, including a separate one for Fajr.

It should also support extra times like sunrise, sunset, midnight, and Tahajjud, with different calculation settings for prayer times. Make it localized so it can be used in English, Persian, Arabic, Turkish, Indonesian, French, Urdu, Hindi, German, Bosnian, Vietnamese, Bangla, and Kiswahili.
