Build me a Discord bot that manages training session requests for Z 01 through Z 05.

I want users to be able to request a session in a training request channel, then have instructors handle each request with buttons right under the message. The instructor should be able to accept a request, mark it complete, or reject it, and the bot should update the user status automatically. Please store the session progress in JSON files so it keeps track of who is in which stage, and make sure multiple people can use it at the same time without mixing up their requests. Also make sure only people with the right instructor role can approve or complete sessions, and each user can only have one active request at a time.
