Build me an offline first task manager app for iPhone and Android that also supports team sync when a backend is available.

I want users to be able to create tasks, edit them, mark them done, sort and filter them, and browse categories. The app should work fully without internet on first launch, with some sample categories and tasks already loaded so everything feels usable right away. It should store data locally first, then sync changes later in the background if Supabase is set up. If sync is not configured, the app should still open and work normally, just in local only mode.
