Build me a SketchUp extension that lets Claude connect to SketchUp and control the model from a chat prompt.

I want to be able to start a server inside SketchUp, connect to it from an MCP client, and then ask for things like creating simple components, moving or rotating selected parts, changing materials and colors, inspecting the current scene, and exporting the model. It should also support running Ruby code in SketchUp for more advanced actions when needed.
