Build me a VS Code extension called AI Engineer Coach that helps me understand how I’m using AI coding tools. It should read local AI session logs, keep everything on my machine, and show a clean dashboard with practice scores, weekly trends, daily activity, top workspaces, and model usage.

I want pages for a session timeline, coding screenshots, generated code output by language, activity heatmaps, work life balance signals, anti patterns, reusable prompt skills, context health, learning quizzes, achievements, and a shareable stats card. The anti pattern area should explain what I’m doing wrong in plain language and give practical suggestions with example prompts. I’d also like a rule editor and playground so advanced users can tune the checks.

Please make it feel polished and easy to navigate inside VS Code. It should never modify my log files or send data anywhere unless I explicitly use an optional Copilot powered feature. Look up current VS Code extension docs if you need to.
