microsoft/MS-DOS — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a clean little web app for exploring the original MS DOS source code in this repo. I’m not trying to change the source or make a new operating system. I want an easy way to browse the 1.25, 2.0, 4.0, and 4.0 Ozzie folders, read files with syntax highlighting, search filenames and text, and see a short intro explaining that these are historic Microsoft and IBM files under the MIT license.

Add a home page with the logo if available, quick links to each version, basic counts of files and folders, and a simple compare view so I can open the same named file from two versions side by side when it exists. Keep it read only, fast, and usable locally. Please set up whatever scripts are needed to run it and include clear instructions in the README.
