microsoft/Mage ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a simple, polished demo for Mage, focused on Mage Flow first.

I want a small app and command line where I can type a text prompt and generate an image, or upload an image and describe how I want it changed. It should feel easy to use, with clear controls for the different model versions, like base, turbo, and the editing models. Make it handle a few useful sizes too, since this project supports native resolution output, and it would be nice if it works well for both square and wide images.

Please also add a clean README with setup steps, example prompts, and a short section explaining how to run the demo locally. If it helps, use the current model docs online so the usage matches the latest checkpoints and APIs. Keep the code organized so it would be easy to extend later for the vision language side when that part is ready.
