Build me a local web app for AI powered data exploration, basically a polished tool where someone can bring in data from files or connected sources, ask questions in plain English, and get charts and insights back on an interactive canvas.

I want people to be able to upload things like CSV, Excel, screenshots, text, or pull from databases and similar data sources, then explore the data through a chat style experience. The app should create good looking visualizations that users can edit, refine with natural language, branch into alternate analysis paths, and compare side by side. It should support a wide range of chart types, save workspaces and sessions so work is still there after a restart, and let people assemble simple reports they can export as image or PDF.

Please make it feel friendly for analysts, not just developers. Include English and Chinese UI support if that is already in scope.
