Build me a production ready Edge AI Accelerator that helps a team deploy Azure edge AI infrastructure without starting from scratch.

I want ready to use deployment blueprints for a quick proof of concept, cloud only setup, single node edge setup, and a multi node edge cluster. Include reusable building blocks for identity, data, messaging, monitoring, Kubernetes, Azure IoT Operations, AI inference, and telemetry. Make it modular so someone can combine pieces into their own solution later.

Set it up with Terraform and Bicep examples, deployment scripts, validation checks, and CI/CD pipeline files. Add a dev container so the whole repo opens cleanly in VS Code and is friendly for AI assisted development.

Please include clear docs for three paths, someone who just wants to deploy, someone building a custom blueprint, and someone contributing new components.
