Build me a fast remote cache server that feels like Redis to existing clients, but is built in C# and .NET.
I want it to support the usual cache stuff like strings, keys with expiration, lists, sets, sorted sets, bitmaps, and hyperloglog, plus Lua scripts and transactions. It should be able to run as a single server or in a cluster with sharding, replication, and key migration. Please make it durable too, with persistence, checkpointing, recovery, and good memory use, so it can handle large data and not just fit everything in RAM.
It should also be easy to run locally with Docker, and have a simple way to test it with standard Redis clients. If there are any current docs or best practices that help, look them up online and follow them.
